What happens when they open The Hug Passport?

A bear with open arms holds out their very own Hug Passport, and their tap on "Come here" starts your song. Then they collect five hugs, each with a quick gesture: squeeze two little huggers together for the bear hug, sneak one behind the other for the back hug, draw a circle to twirl them, pat a sad bear's head three times, and drag two phones together across the kilometres between you. Every hug thunks a stamp into the passport, with one of your photos as its souvenir and your line for that hug. Then your letter arrives by hug mail, your voice plays from a purring plush, they redeem hug coupons, and they answer your last question while a No pleads and runs away. Their yes slams the Forever stamp down on your song's chorus and the screen fills with hugging couples around their photo. It ends on their finished passport they can save as a wallpaper, a sealed P.S. and a hug to send back.

How is the premium Hug Day page different from the regular Hug Day page?

The regular Hug Day page is a short interactive card. The premium one is a cinematic, scene-by-scene experience: a sealed opening whose first tap starts your song, one big moment timed to land on your song's chorus, a voice note of up to 60 seconds, up to 12 photos, a letter of up to 3,000 characters, a sealed P.S., an optional unlock time, a reply box so they can write back once, and a Hug Passport wallpaper with every stamp they collected they can save. Both are made the same way: press Create, fill it in (or let the AI write it), Publish and send the link.

Yes. Paste a YouTube link or tap one of the suggestions, and pick the second where the chorus starts so the big moment lands on it. The song starts with their first tap on the sealed opening. Only the sound plays: the video stays hidden behind a small now-playing chip they can pause, mute or move. If a song can't be played on other sites, a built-in melody plays instead.

Can I add a voice note?

Yes. Record up to 60 seconds in the editor and it plays from a purring plush, after the letter, with the song turned down underneath. Without a recording, a short typed line shows in its place.

Can I make it open at midnight or at a set time?

Yes. Set an unlock time and, until then, the link shows only their name and a countdown — the letter, photos and voice note are not sent to their phone before that moment. It opens on its own when the countdown ends. Signed in, you can still see your whole page.

Can they write back to me?

At the end there is a reply box: they can write you one reply of up to 280 characters, which you get by email and see on your page. You can turn the reply box off before you publish.

Do they need an app or an account?

No. They open the private link in any phone or laptop browser — WhatsApp, Instagram and text links all work. It is best with the sound on, and every swipe, drag or hold also has a button, so it works for everyone.

Can I lock it with a password or edit it later?

Yes to both. You can set an optional password when you publish, and you can edit and republish any time; the same link always shows the latest version.
