Issue a traffic challan for the things they actually did
A traffic notice in the register of a real one: a number-plate lookup, photographic evidence in frames, a list of offences with fines, and a payment screen. The joke is in the specificity — “Overspeeding into my life, without warning, Sec 12(b), Heart Traffic Act.” They can contest it, and the Adjudicating Officer always rules in their favour.

The lookup screen
What they land on is a Check Challan Status form. They type the code you give them, and their challan appears.
Step 1.1
Number Plate is the joke's first line
The placeholder shows the shape — “KA 01 LUV 2023”. A real-looking state code with something of yours in the middle does more work than anything else on the page.

They have to enter the code
The lookup is part of the bit, not a login. Send the code with the link or they will stare at an empty form.
This is the one thing that reliably goes wrong with this template. The link alone is not enough — the page opens on a search box.
The offences
Step 2.1
Each offence is a charge, a rider and a section
The three placeholders show the pattern: “Overspeeding” / “into my life, without warning” / “Sec 12(b), Heart Traffic Act”. The charge is real traffic language, the rider is what makes it about them, and the section number sells it.
Step 2.2
Fines are paid in things, not rupees
The fine placeholders are “one date”, “chai, twice”, “the good one near your office”. Keep them payable — the point is that they can settle it.

Add and remove freely
Remove this offence takes one out. Three or four land better than ten.
Photographic evidence
Step 3.1
Frames, with a caption each
The evidence section shows photos as numbered Frames, in the grainy register of a speed camera. The caption placeholder is “Near her house, 11:40 PM” — a place and a time, written like a log entry rather than a memory.

A missing photo is handled
Slots you leave empty print IMAGE UNAVAILABLE, which is funnier than a blank.

Statement of dues, then a mode of payment
They get a total and a Select mode of payment step, then a RECEIPT OF SETTLEMENT stamped PAID · SETTLED IN FULL.
Contesting it — the best screen in the template
Step 5.1
They can file an objection
Application for objection, Grounds for objection, and a Supporting evidence upload with a CHOOSE FILE button. The placeholder gives the game away: “State your case. It will be accepted.”
Step 5.2
The corridor gag
Filing shows “Forwarding to the Adjudicating Officer… The file is being walked down a corridor.” Then an ORDER OF THE ADJUDICATING OFFICER: “Objection upheld. Challan withdrawn.”
Nobody expects the contest path to be the funnier half, so say “try contesting it” when you send the link. Most people pay and never see this.
