Register a marriage at the Office of the Registrar of Hearts
A keepsake certificate of marriage for two, issued by the Republic of Us. It carries a certificate number, a joint photograph, a seal, signatures from both of you and from your witnesses, and it saves as a PNG you can actually print. Not legally binding; emotionally, very.

Step 1.1
Names, place, and a certificate number
The place placeholder is a city — “e.g. Bengaluru”. The certificate number and the REGD. line are what make it read as a document rather than a card.
Step 1.2
Affix joint
The photo slot is labelled the way a real form would label it. One picture of the two of you, in the corner where a passport photo would go.

Step 2.1
Label and Value, as many as you want
Add entry appends a row; the two placeholders are simply “Label” and “Value”. This is where the specifics go — the date you met, the city, the clause you both agreed to. Keep them in the register's flat tone and they land better than jokes.
Signing it
Step 3.1
Both of you sign, then the witnesses
Sign is its own step, and Witnesses is another. Until they have signed, the certificate shows “Waiting on witness signatures” — which is a real state, not a decoration.
That waiting state is the point of sending it before it is finished: the witnesses sign on their own phones, and the document completes itself.
Saving and downloading
Step 4.1
Download certificate gives you a PNG
The Save step renders the whole thing as an image — the screen shows “Preparing PNG…”, then Saved. That is the file to print, frame or send as a picture rather than a link.

Publish from the preview
The note under Save says it: “Publish from the preview to get your shareable link.” Saving is not publishing.
