A streak the two of you keep together: one tap each per day, and every check-in keeps a word. After a hundred days it is a diary neither of you meant to write. Miss a day and it pauses rather than resetting — the template is explicit that it never breaks.

Two names and the first day
YOUR NAME, THEIR NAME, THE FIRST DAY. The first day can be backdated to when you actually started, not when you made the page.
Step 1.2
The shared timezone is the field that matters
YOUR SHARED TIMEZONE decides when a day rolls over. Two people in different countries with the wrong value here will disagree about whether they checked in.
This is the only field in the template that can quietly break it. Set it to whichever timezone you both think of as “today”.

It remembers a draft
The builder shows “Draft kept from earlier.” if you started and stopped, so leaving mid-setup is safe.

The tap is not just a counter — each one stores a word, and the archive is what those words become. That is why the page is worth keeping rather than just watching.

What happens if we miss a day?
